"Not a ton to pick from"
I went on lookhealthystore.com thinking I’d be able to grab a few different health items, but the selection felt kind of small. The site itself wasn’t hard to use or anything, and the browsing was fine, but then I’d click into a category and there’d be barely anything there. I was looking for a couple basic things too and couldn’t find them, which was a little annoying. So yeah, it’s not bad to look around, just didn’t really have much for me.

"Just a heads up about the quality"
I ordered a supplement from lookhealthystore.com, i wasn’t too impressed. The packaging felt cheap, and while the product wasn’t awful, it didn’t seem as fresh as I expected it to be. Not saying everyone will have the same experience, but I’d definitely be careful if quality and freshness matter to you. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve things

"Easy to use and felt reliable"
The site was straightforward to use, and the pages loaded smoothly for me. It did take me a little while to find one product category, but once I got there, the checkout process was clear and easy to follow. Overall, it felt like a reliable shopping experience, and I’d be comfortable using it again...

"Returning it turned into a hassle"
I sent the item back and I’m still waiting on my refund. I didn’t think it would be such a drawn-out process, especially since I shipped it off during a week when I was already busy running errands and trying to get other stuff done. Overall, the return has been more of a hassle than I expected.

"The site itself was easy..."
The site itself was easy to use, so at first I was like, okay, this might be worth it. Then I saw the prices and my mood changed fast. It just felt a bit too expensive for what you’re actually getting, especially since I found similar stuff cheaper elsewhere. It’s not awful or anything, but for me the value just isn’t really there.

My order showed up with two items I never asked for. It was just unnecessary and kind of annoying to deal with

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from lookhealthystore.com the shipping was way slower than it should’ve been. The tracking barely changed, so I kept having to check it myself like that was somehow my job. By the time the package finally showed up, I already needed the items, which was really frustrating. The products might be fine, but they definitely dropped the ball on delivery speed.

"Really relieved by the support experience"
I had a small issue with my order and was a bit frustrated at first, but support got back to me quickly. They handled it without making me go back and forth a bunch, which was such a relief. In the end, I’m really happy with how they took care of it
